Restricted access

Chapter Six focuses on the issues relating to the concepts of religious institutional autonomy (often referred to in the US as Church Autonomy) and ecclesiastical abstention. The chapter explores religious property disputes, religious schisms, the ministerial exception, and clergy abuse.
