Chapter 12 covers some of the challenges that remain for people with disabilities as the ADA continues its fourth decade and the world tries to move forward from the pandemic. The ADA itself has shown some limitations. Ultimately, too, people with disabilities still face stigma and discrimination in the “workplace,” whether traditional or part of the gig economy.
